Jinzhou Songshengyuan Energy-Saving & Environmental Protection Building Materials Co., Ltd. is deeply rooted in Jinzhou Port, specializing in Jinzhou marine-shipped fly ash and Liaoning marine-shipped fly ash. With large-scale warehousing, automated loading and high-efficiency transshipment, the company has become a benchmark enterprise for marine-shipped fly ash in the region.


The company boasts an industry-leading storage and handling system, operating 12 large silos each 18 meters in diameter and 29 meters in height, efficiently run in two groups: Silos 1–6 and Silos 7–12. The layout is scientific and turnover is flexible. Each group is equipped with one 300 t/h belt bucket elevator at the silo base and multi-section airslide conveyors at the top, enabling smooth material conveying and dust-free inbound handling with stable and reliable overall operation.


In terms of inbound capacity, the company supports dual-mode high-efficiency receiving:

  • The two groups achieve a daily container inbound capacity of 8,000 tons;

  • Equipped with 24 filling pipes, the system allows fast inbound delivery by sealed tank trucks, with a daily receiving capacity of 8,000–10,000 tons, enabling rapid acceptance of large-volume fly ash deliveries.


The outbound operation is equally strong. A total of 48 bulk loaders are installed on the 5.5‑meter platform under the silos, supporting simultaneous loading for multiple sealed tank trucks, with a daily outbound capacity exceeding 30,000 tons — among the highest operating efficiency in the industry.

Powerful storage capacity and fast turnover provide solid support for Jinzhou marine-shipped fly ash.


With its complete warehousing, loading and transshipment system, the company can efficiently handle vessel loading for 56,000 DWT and 60,000 DWT ships, enabling fast berthing, high-efficiency loading and timely departure.
