It currently has 12 large storage silos with a diameter of 18 meters and a height of 29 meters, operating efficiently in two groups: Silos 1–6 as one group and Silos 7–12 as the other, featuring a scientific layout and flexible turnover.
Each group is equipped with a 300-ton-per-hour belt bucket elevator at the silo bottom and multi-section air slide conveyors at the silo top, enabling smooth material conveying and dust-free storage, with stable and reliable overall operation.
In terms of storage capacity, the company supports dual-mode efficient receiving and unloading:the two sets of systems achieve a daily container storage capacity of 8,000 tons;meanwhile, 24 ash filling pipes are installed for sealed tank trucks to carry out rapid loading operations, with a daily storage capacity of up to 8,000–10,000 tons, allowing fast reception of large-volume fly ash deliveries.
The outbound delivery capacity is also outstanding.
A total of 48 bulk loaders are installed on the 5.5-meter platform under the silos, enabling simultaneous loading for multiple sealed tank trucks, with a daily outbound capacity of over 30,000 tons, ranking among the top levels in the industry.
